What security do you provide for luggage?

Your luggage is our responsibility as long as you’re in the cab with us. We have educated drivers who request twice to travellers to check their belonging before getting off the cab. How Can I Cancel my request for online booking?

You can cancel a booking made online at any time. However, if a driver has been dispatched you may incur cancellation charges. It is better to inform the driver about the cancellation. Misuse of App or booking procedure will simply result in a permanent ban.

Why do I have to provide my phone number?

We request passenger numbers in case we need to get in touch due to any delay or even to liaise a meeting point for your taxi. This will provide you with a smooth service where you are kept up to date at all times.
